1.What’s your minimum order quantity?

Simple & Regular style: 100Stück pro Stil (can be mixed with 4 sizes)Complicated & Unique style: to be negotiated.

2.How can I get a quote?
Please kindly send us your tech packs or just some pictures of the style you are looking for.Our sales team will reply in 1 working day and confirm order details with you.
3.Can I make sample before bulk order? Sample lead time and cost?
Sure.Sample lead time is around 1-2 weeks which is depending on your design.Sample cost is around US$50-100 per piece and sample shipping cost is depending on sample quantity.
4. Do I have to send you the teck packs for sample orders/bulk orders?
If you have tech pack, it will help us to understand your designs and requirements better.However, tech pack is not necessary. We can produce as per your sketch or just some pictures or samples.
5.If I send you the samples, can you copy the same for me?
Yes, sending us samples is the best way for us to understand your design.
6. What if I don’t like the sample? Can I get refund?
For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.
7.Can mass production be different from samples?
Yes, of course. It is all up to you.
8.What’s the production process ?
1.Confirm order items and quantity, Once we know exactly what you will be producing we provide a quote and lead times 2.You pay 50% deposit for your order, As for bulk order, normally we do bank transfer (T/T) 3.We source materials for approval from you 4.Materials are ordered 5.We make PPS (Pre Production Samples) for approval 6.Production 7.Remaining 50% of balance will be paid before delivery.
9. Can I make custom labels and tags for the sample order?
Normally we will make labels and tags when we do bulk order. As we need to order it from label supplier. They don’t make samples. If you really want to see labels on the sample, just need to pay for labels when we do sample order. We will use some labels for sample order and take care of the rest for bulk order.
10. What fabric do you have?
We have all kinds of regular (common) fabric as we are located in Shaoxing China which is very close to the biggest fabric market in the world. (one hour by car) We can also produce fabric with your own printing pattern.
11.Can I make my own size?
Of course, we can make US UK EU AU size, we can also customize your own size.
12.Do you do printing and embroidery?
Yes sure. Everything can be customized with your own design and logo.
13.What’s your lead time for bulk order?
20 Tage- 40days which is basing on the design and order quantity.
14. What’s your packing details?
We can provide various packing options. Such as hanger packaging,vacuum packaging,color box packing etc. Standard packing: (free)1 piece of clothing pack into a blank PP bag.Around 20-100pcs pack into one carton.Custom packing: (cost depends on your packing design).
15. What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
For most countries and regions, we offer:DHL/ UPS/ FedEx express delivery Air freight and then DPD deliver to your address Sea shipping and then DPD deliver to your address.Shipping Cost: 1 ＞ 2 ＞ 3Shipping time: 3 ＞ 2 ＞ 1
